Your account automatically converts to the free tier with limited functionality. No credit card is charged. You can upgrade to any paid plan at any time to restore full access to your data and models.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing provides a 20% discount compared to monthly pricing. Starter is EUR 39/mo billed annually, and Professional is EUR 119/mo billed annually.
What AI models and providers are supported?
BUSINESS-OS.NET supports any AI model from any provider: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, Cohere, and self-hosted models via Ollama or vLLM. You bring your own API keys — we never access your model data.
Is my data stored in the EU?
Yes. All data is processed and stored in EU data centers (Frankfurt, Germany). Enterprise customers can choose additional data residency options. We are fully GDPR compliant.
Do you offer implementation support?
Professional plans include priority support with a < 4h SLA. Enterprise plans include a dedicated Customer Success Manager, onboarding assistance, and quarterly business reviews.
